Our company was founded in 1990 as a family business. Originally the company engaged in services and commercial goods, import and export of goods from Sweden and Australia and dental services. In 1998 management consulting became the company’s main activity. The dental practice activity, two dental practices and a dental-technical laboratory were transferred to a new legal entity.

Today the company realizes its set goals, intention and vision. Our vision is to become the origin of efficiency and quality in the field of project engineering. Our goal is to become one of the leading companies in Central and Southern Europe. The company is closely connected with domestic and foreign partner companies and institutions.

The name of the company originates from the Latin word radix, which means root, origin. In the mathematical numeral system the word radix means the number of unique digits, including zero. In the decimal, binary, hexadecimal systems the digits mean number 10, because it uses the digits from 0 through 9.
Other meanings originate from the Latin word, such as systematic working approach. In the mathematical system radix means excellence with number 10.
